Cancellation and Refund Policy

Prior to making payment for the E-Visas, you will have an opportunity to review all the details you have provided on your screen and change or cancel your E-Visas applications if necessary. If you find out later that you have made a mistake, you can either make a new application (and incur another service charge) or contact your nearest Canada visa office. As soon as payment is received, you are deemed to have engaged the Services. Once the Service has been provided to you, it cannot be returned, whether or not you have changed your mind or you no longer wish to utilize it.

If you submit a written refund request, you may be entitled to a refund if the application has not yet been registered to Canadian Government. If the status of your application is "Approved" or "Approval Waiting", then it will be partially refunded with processing fees deducted. In the event of a refund of a payment by credit card, funds will be returned to the credit card that was used for your payment. If this card is no longer valid, you will be responsible to make arrangements with your bank or credit provider to have the funds transferred.
